A typical day
Mount Amelia incorporates its natural surroundings into its fitness
programs, meaning that the lessons learned can be successfully adapted to
everyday living on completion of the camp. Our assessments of your abilities
and goals will assist us in tailoring programs to your individual needs.
The day is typically broken into hour long sessions including activities such as:
